FARMERS BRANCH, Texas ? CCS Medical, now based in Clearwater, Fla., will relocate the headquarters to Park West in North Dallas, bringing the promise of 230 jobs and a $90 million statewide impact by 2013.

The privately held company?s largest shareholder is Dallas-based Highland Capital Management LP. CCS Medical has leased space in Park West at the intersection of Interstate 635 and Luna Road and taken warehouse space in nearby Coppell.

The Texas Workforce Commission has pledged up to $506,000 in training funds and the city of Farmers Branch is providing a direct incentive of $250 for every job created, with a ceiling of $37,500. The average annual salary is forecast to exceed $69,000, including benefits.

CCS Medical has seven offices in the country and more than 1,500 employees. It distributes home healthcare products and provides services to chronically ill patients.
