George Clooney Arrested At Sudan Protest

George Clooney has been arrested. No it is not a misprint and you didn?t read it incorrectly, he was arrested for protesting a cause very close to his heart. Oh how it makes me heart him even more. Today in Washington D.C. mega star George Clooney was one of many leading a protest against Sudan in front of the Sudanese Embassy. The actor and his father were both part of a group that made their way in front of the building demanded action against Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir. In case you are unaware the Sudanese president is being accused of triggering a humanitarian crisis. The police were there to control the situation and warned protesters to stay on the right side of the police line. George, papa Nick and others did not oblige to that, so they were arrested.
